This style of massage uses a gentle approach which is light in nature as to mimic the flow of the lymphatic system.
The skin is slightly stretched and pulled using pumping techniques that allow space for the lymph fluid to move more efficiently up to the nodes where it is then filtered through, drained and recycled back into the circulatory system.
This is a very relaxing and therapeutic type of massage that can benefit those experiencing
Inflammation/swelling in the body
Lymphadema
Lipedema
Fatigue

This technique uses decompressed cups to lift and break up the connective tissue or fascia pulling blood back up through the tissues of the muscle.
The cups can be used to glide over muscles in a dynamic way or used to address a specific trigger point which then stays in one place.
When used in conjunction with remedial techniques, cups can offer further benefits bringing more mobility and movement back into your body.

Dry needling is an effective way to target specific trigger points that have been causing acute or chronic pain and reduced mobility.
A thin needle is precisely inserted into the trigger point or effected muscles to promote blood circulation to the area which brings with it more oxygen and nutrients that the muscles may have been lacking.
This allows for the muscles and surrounding areas to release the tension it's been holding and soften back to a relaxed state.
Dry needling differs from acupuncture in that dry needles work with the myofacial trigger points of the body directly where as acupuncture, which is used in Chinese medicine, looks at all of the systems of the physical body as well as energetic bodies to assess an appropriate treatment.
Dry needling can be beneficial if you are experiencing:
Muscular pain or discomfort
Muscle tension
Headaches
Limited range of movement
We are more than happy to answer any queries you may have about dry needling
